Hey Jim! I think the soft-edged painting in the first panel works very well, particularly with the contrasting hard edged/outlined figure.
Lovin the ‘arrow’ panel, really clever way to move the story-telling on.
I’ve always been a fan, and just want to see more and what-happens-next, so I don’t think you need to worry too much on technique these days, just give us more blood ‘n guts! Do zombies have blood anyway???
Why do I get the uneasy feeling that these lil’ guys are lving out their zombie holocaust on the head of some immense Goya-like zombie collossus?
Or is it just me?

I’ve also liking the use of golf-clubs as instruments of death! Nice! The one-and-only time I ever liftted a golf club I nearly killed myself and a large family of small or medium-sized rodents (the Sciuridae).

This is awesome! I love the way you pack so much story into every panel. Great prologue by the way, especially as we didn’t know it was a prologue! I really thought that guy was gonna make it 😉
