DUDES, I STILL MAKE COMICS. Here’s one now!
In keeping with the silent post-apocalyptic zombie action, here’s another wordless page. Our hero has fallen, our damsel is in distress (sort of) and the zombies keep coming. In keeping with my tradition of drawing some real gear into this comic as I’d previously mentioned in an interview on the excellent ‘all things zombie’ site Romero Brooks, I’ve included another piece of serious gear, the Cold Steel Special Forces Shovel
Thanks for the update! I love the appearance of the CS shovel! After a gun, a shovel is one of the most useful items as a weapon for the Zombipocolypse, and the CS model is a very handy size. (Tho the “Lobo” in Max Brooks’ World War Z is a close second!)
I was getting worried there for a while, Jim. Thought the zombie’s had got you! So glad you are still making comics. Nice closeups.
I agree – a good shovel would be bloody useful for so many things in zombieland.
As for guns, how about we have a little poll here…
What’s your favoured anti-z firearm:
a) Combat Shotgun (up-close and personal, less need to aim)?
b) Pistol (lighter weight, more freedom of movement)?
c) Assault rifle (range, possible full-auto option)?

And I apologise for the possessive apostrophe I put in “zombie’s” above – I meant to pluralise, obviously! Even with civilisation going to hell in a zombiefied hatbox, there is no excuse for poor grammar.
